Founded in 1951 by Ken Smith. Asphalt Driveway Company of St. Paul INC opened its 1st office on Rice St and Wheelock Parkway. Throughout growth of company we moved to Hwy 36 in 1961 and expanded to a 2nd office in 1972 in Minnetonka Minnesota. Grew to over 1200 installs yearly by Mid 1970's!
Opened University Office in 2000 to combine sales office. Currently we have the University office as well as our construction office on Hwy 36.
We have 8+ estimators covering 7 county metro area, most have over 10 years of service to our company. Presently owned and operated by Scott Smith. 61 years under the same family ownership.
